We run one dimension on one desk for a defined term, judged against the benchmarks in the scoping memo, with a documented walk-away.
Standing operation
The deployment expands across the agreed dimensions, with the audit ledger running from the first day of collection.

Your firm, your role, and what prompted the request are enough to start. An NDA precedes any substantive discussion, and if the governance framework cannot honestly be established at your firm, we will say so on the first call.
